MortgageWhy does not yet receive statements automatically, run checks in the background, send deadline alerts, store documents in a customer account, or sell a subscription. The current monitoring tools are private, manual, and device-local. Those limits remain visible until secure accounts, recurring delivery, notifications, and privacy controls are production-ready.
